Founding Ambassador

Noreen officially retired as Director of Operations in June 2026 stepping into our Founding Ambassador role to help connect VBA with the Charlotte County community. As a part of the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic since 2003, Noreen has been a past Board member, volunteer and staff member. Her past experience in leading people, office management, and working in the volunteer environment and knowledge of our Clinic and Mobile Medical Clinic make Noreen an amazing Ambassador for us!
